Orders & Payment

At Root & Ritual, each order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with intentional care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays or high volume periods.
Root & Ritual is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once accepted by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

At Root & Ritual, each product is thoughtfully prepared and curated with intentional care. Due to the nature of our wellness and self-care products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rootandritualbotanicals.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we may review and assist accordingly.

Please note:

Products must not be used or altered to be considered for replacement review.
Minor variations in color, texture or botanical appearance may naturally occur due to the handcrafted nature of select products.
Root & Ritual is not responsible for delayed, lost or mishandled packages once accepted by the shipping carrier.
